Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our innovative product development team in Cartagena. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UX/UI designers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to articulate product vision and requirements clearly. As an English-speaking role, you will frequently interact with international teams and clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic objectives.
• Translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs effectively.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in Spanish (not required, but a plus).
