We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Scientist to join our dynamic research and development team in Tudela, Navarre. This role is crucial for advancing our innovative projects and contributing to the discovery of new therapies and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing complex data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, are a mandatory requirement for this international collaboration-focused role.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, plan, and execute scientific experiments independently and collaboratively.
• Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, drawing scientifically sound conclusions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of scientific literature and advancements in relevant fields to inform research directions.
• Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with R&D colleagues, engineers, and other departments.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of new experimental protocols and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in an R&D setting (post-academic).
• Proficiency in experimental design (DOE) and statistical data analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant laboratory techniques (e.g., cell culture, protein purification, PCR, immunoassay development, chromatography).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Knowledge of cGMP/GLP regulations.
• Track record of scientific publications or patent contributions.
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
