We are seeking a talented and motivated English-speaking Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team in Marbella. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for architectural photography and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of our exclusive properties, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical photography skills, be adept at post-production, and have strong interpersonal skills for interacting with property owners and agents. Your work will directly contribute to our marketing efforts and the successful promotion of our luxury listings.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct professional photoshoots of residential and commercial properties using a variety of photographic equipment.
• Capture high-resolution interior and exterior photographs, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and staging.
• Perform post-production editing, including color correction, retouching, and image enhancement, to meet brand standards.
• Create engaging video tours and drone footage (if applicable) to showcase property features.
• Manage and organize digital assets efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of final images and videos.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, real estate agents, and marketing teams to coordinate shoots and understand specific requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, photography techniques, and editing software to continuously improve the quality of work.
• Ensure all visual content accurately represents the property while highlighting its unique selling points.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
• Expertise in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Excellent understanding of photographic principles, composition, and color theory.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to communicate with international clients.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience with drone photography and videography (UAV license preferred).
