Descripción del Trabajo

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional support and guidance for Zendesk products. This is a 100% remote position, perfect for self-starters who thrive in a flexible, independent work environment and embrace the digital nomad lifestyle. You will resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through various channels, primarily email and chat, with occasional phone support. We are looking for empathetic problem-solvers who are passionate about helping others and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Zendesk products and services.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong empathy and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools and software.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
