We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Management Intern to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of luxury retail management within our Poblenou boutique. You will support our store operations, learn about clienteling, visual merchandising, inventory management, and gain insight into what it takes to run a successful luxury boutique. This on-site role is designed for individuals passionate about fashion and eager to develop a career in retail, providing direct exposure to high-end customer service and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist store management with daily operational tasks and administrative duties, ensuring smooth store functionality.
• Support sales associates in providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with customers.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Contribute to maintaining store visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines, enhancing the customer experience.
• Learn about clienteling strategies and assist in executing client outreach initiatives and special events.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for store improvement and sales strategies.
• Support with customer inquiries and ensure a premium shopping experience, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Basic understanding of retail operations or customer service principles.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a retail or service environment.
