We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Return Package Opener to join our e-commerce warehouse team in El Carmen de Bolívar. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the initial processing of returned merchandise, ensuring that packages are opened, contents are identified, and initial checks are performed accurately. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution directly impacts our inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction by ensuring returns are handled promptly and correctly.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Receive and unbox returned packages, verifying shipping labels and order information.
• Carefully open packages and identify contents, cross-referencing with return documentation.
• Conduct initial visual inspection of returned items for obvious damage or discrepancies.
• Sort and stage items for further processing (e.g., quality control, restocking, disposal).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Accurately scan items and update inventory systems as required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs (11 kg) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
