We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Return Package Opener to join our e-commerce warehouse team in Playa Blanca. In this vital entry-level role, you will be responsible for the initial processing of returned merchandise. This involves carefully opening packages, identifying their contents, and preparing items for further inspection and sorting. Your work ensures that our returns process is efficient and accurate, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction goals.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely and efficiently open incoming return packages without damaging contents.
• Verify package contents against return documentation or system records.
• Categorize returned items based on condition, type, and next steps (e.g., re-stock, damage assessment, recycling).
• Accurately input data into our inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily processing targets.
