We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Strategist to join our international brand marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that elevate our global brands, engage diverse audiences, and drive measurable results. You will work closely with brand managers, content creators, and local market teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful digital presence across various platforms.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Develop and implement robust social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives for international markets.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring a steady stream of engaging and relevant content across multiple social platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to strategy development.
- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee community management, ensuring brand voice consistency and timely engagement with our audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, sales, and product development.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach.
- Ensure all social media activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or brand management, with a focus on international brands.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and content marketing best practices.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing or social media management.
