We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our luxurious spa and wellness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and driving profitability. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for wellness and customer service. You will manage a dedicated team of therapists and staff, maintain high standards of service, and continually seek innovative ways to enhance our spa offerings.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and aestheticians.
• Monitor inventory of spa products and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa facility.
• Manage the spa budget, forecast expenses, and analyze financial performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.

• Proven experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in spa software and reservation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage budgets.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of various spa treatments, therapies, and products.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
