We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Desigual store in the beautiful and bustling tourist town of Cadaqués. This role is perfect for a retail professional with a passion for fashion, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, international environment. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, leading a diverse team, and ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for our global customers.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met for a diverse international clientele.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to showcase Desigual's unique brand identity.
• Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and minimize loss.
• Oversee store budgeting, scheduling, and payroll to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Desigual's values and spirit.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, common in a tourist area.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior experience managing a store in a high-traffic tourist location.
• Additional language skills (e.g., French, German, Catalan) highly valued.
• Experience with Desigual products or similar vibrant fashion brands.
