We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Strata Manager to join our growing team in Málaga. This critical role involves the comprehensive management of residential strata properties, ensuring efficient operations, financial stability, and high resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property affairs, fostering positive relationships with owners and contractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Given our diverse international client base, fluency in English is an essential requirement for this position, enabling clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned strata properties.
- Manage property budgets, financial reports, and ensure timely collection of levies.
- Organize, prepare for, and conduct strata council and general meetings, including minute-taking.
- Act as a primary liaison between owners, tenants, and third-party contractors/suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to strata bylaws, local property laws, and regulations.
- Efficiently handle maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and oversee capital works projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address resident inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with English-speaking clients, councils, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all community members.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in strata or residential property management.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken, for professional communication.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish property laws, regulations, and community administration practices.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Professional certification in Strata Management or Property Administration.
