Are you passionate about international education and helping students achieve their global academic dreams? EF Education First is seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Advisor to join our team in Gava. In this role, you will guide students through the exciting process of participating in exchange programs, from initial inquiry and application to pre-departure orientation and re-entry support. You will serve as a primary point of contact, providing expert advice on program options, academic requirements, cultural adaptation, and visa procedures. Responsabilidades Clave

• Advise prospective students and their families on EF's range of study abroad and exchange programs, matching their academic and personal goals with suitable opportunities.
• Manage the application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on visa applications, travel logistics, health and safety, and cultural expectations.
• Conduct informative presentations and workshops for students and parents, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with partner institutions and internal teams to facilitate smooth program enrollment and student placement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and program offerings.
• Offer ongoing support to students throughout their exchange experience and facilitate re-entry programming upon their return.
• Utilize CRM systems to track student progress and manage communications effectively.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine passion for international education and cross-cultural understanding.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience studying, working, or living abroad.
• Experience in an advising, counseling, or recruitment role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
