We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Tabasco Pepper Laborers to join our agricultural team in Melilla. This role is crucial to our harvesting and processing operations, ensuring the efficient collection and initial preparation of Tabasco peppers. Responsabilidades Clave

• Harvesting Tabasco peppers by hand, ensuring minimal damage to the plants and produce.
• Sorting and grading harvested peppers according to quality standards and specifications.
• Loading harvested peppers into containers or crates for transport.
• Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks, including weeding, planting, and irrigation.
• Operating basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun, etc.).
