As a Tenant Liaison Officer – English Speaking at Ibiza Luxury Properties, you will be the primary point of contact for our international tenants, ensuring their stay or residency is seamless and enjoyable. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction and property management. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between tenants, property owners, and service providers, all while upholding a professional and approachable demeanor.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Serve as the main point of contact for all tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, primarily in English.
• Proactively communicate with tenants regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, and local information.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair requests, liaising with internal teams and external contractors.
• Assist with tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections.
• Mediate and resolve tenant disputes or issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, requests, and resolutions.
• Provide local recommendations and assistance to tenants for services such as transportation, dining, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all rental agreements and property regulations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in a customer service, hospitality, or property management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• High degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
