We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tourism Kiosk Attendant to join our team in Biarritz. This role is crucial for enhancing the visitor experience at one of our high-traffic locations, providing essential information and assistance to tourists and travelers. You will be the first point of contact for many, offering guidance, local insights, and promoting regional attractions. Responsabilidades Clave
- Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on local attractions, events, transportation, and accommodation.
- Distribute brochures, maps, and promotional materials.
- Answer inquiries in person, and potentially via phone or email, in multiple languages where possible.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tourism kiosk.
- Handle basic sales of tickets, souvenirs, or other tourist-related products.
- Collect visitor feedback and report common inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with local tourism offices and partners to stay informed about regional developments.

- Fluent in English and French.
