We are seeking a friendly and efficient Retail Cashier for our Welcome Desk in Figueres. This role is crucial for creating a positive first and last impression for our customers. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling customer inquiries, managing returns and exchanges, and providing exceptional service with a welcoming smile. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsabilidades Clave

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of shifts.
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, directions, and product information.
• Manage customer returns, exchanges, and loyalty program sign-ups at the Welcome Desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized Welcome Desk area.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding transactions and customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
