Viajes El Corte Inglés is seeking a dedicated Travel & Tourism Consultant specializing in Niche Travel to join our vibrant team in A Coruña. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing highly personalized travel itineraries that cater to specific interests such as adventure tourism, cultural immersion, eco-tourism, culinary tours, wellness retreats, or luxury bespoke experiences. You will leverage your expertise and our extensive network to provide exceptional service, ensuring every client’s journey is meticulously planned and exceeds their expectations. Responsabilidades Clave

• Consult with clients to understand their specific niche travel interests, preferences, and budget.
• Design and propose bespoke travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and special arrangements.
• Research and identify unique destinations, suppliers, and experiences aligning with various niche travel segments.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and all necessary documentation efficiently and accurately.
• Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, health precautions, and destination insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, emerging destinations, and niche market developments.
• Handle customer inquiries, changes, and urgent issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote niche travel offerings and attract new clientele.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably with a focus on niche or bespoke travel.
• In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations and niche market segments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and travel CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Galician, French, German).
• Certification from a recognized travel industry body (e.g., IATA, ACTA).
