We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join our growing team in Platja d’Aro, Spain. This critical role involves leading complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Fluency in Spanish is NOT a requirement for this position, as the primary working language for this role will be English, catering to our diverse international projects and clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, ensuring optimal performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to prevent project disruptions.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with international teams and clients.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise software (SAP, Oracle).
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
