We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our global team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our SaaS customers achieve maximum value from their Zendesk products. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and troubleshoot issues to foster long-term satisfaction and retention. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer advocacy.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Zendesk customers, building strong relationships and trust.
- Proactively engage with customers to assess their health, identify potential risks, and ensure product adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on Zendesk product features, best practices, and solutions to meet customer business objectives.
- Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues, escalating complex problems to specialized support teams when necessary.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance, share insights, and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales teams on upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally to influence product development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account health within our CRM system.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer success resources and playbooks.
Habilidades Requeridas
- 1+ year of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk Sell) and help desk platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-motivation and time management.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Zendesk products or similar customer service platforms.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or API concepts.
- Experience working with international clients.
