Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets? Booking.com is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Benidorm. In this target-driven role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and engaging with potential new accommodation partners. You will play a crucial role in expanding our network, initiating contact, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities for our Account Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales within a fast-paced, international technology company, making a tangible impact on our success.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social media) to identify and engage with new potential accommodation partners in designated territories.
- Qualify leads thoroughly to determine their suitability and potential interest in partnering with Booking.com.
- Articulate Booking.com's value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential partners.
- Set up qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with Account Management and Marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
- Continuously learn about Booking.com products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Previous experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development role, preferably within the travel, tech, or hospitality industry.
- Understanding of the online travel agency landscape and accommodation market.
- Additional language skills relevant to the European market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
