We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique in the picturesque tourist area of Mijas Pueblo. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a vibrant international environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury retail, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team through effective training and coaching.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to optimize product presentation and appeal to tourists.
- Ensure impeccable store standards, cleanliness, and security protocols are maintained.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide an outstanding shopping experience to an international clientele.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or tourist-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and passion for sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, characteristic of a tourist retail environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software.
