We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Specialist with a strong focus on Amazon to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our product presence, sales, and advertising strategies across Amazon’s platforms. You will be instrumental in driving growth, improving brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for Nestlé’s extensive portfolio of products.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon marketplace strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage product listings, ensuring content is optimized for search, discoverability, and conversion (SEO/ASO).
- Plan, launch, and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns (AMS, Sponsored Products, Brands, Display Ads) to achieve ROI targets.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, working with customer service to maintain high brand reputation.
- Generate detailed reports on Amazon performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Amazon's evolving algorithms, policies, and best practices.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central platforms.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including SEO, advertising, and fulfillment models.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and optimize performance on Amazon.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with other e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Shopify) is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms beyond Amazon.
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
