We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Yacht Deckhand / Marina Worker in Vinaròs. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for the marine environment, and a desire to learn the ropes of yachting and marina operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and pristine condition of our yachts and marina facilities, working alongside experienced professionals. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of yachts, including washing, polishing, and detailing exteriors and interiors.
• Assist with mooring and unmooring vessels, managing lines and fenders safely and efficiently.
• Support in basic engine room checks and general vessel upkeep as directed.
• Monitor and maintain marina cleanliness, ensuring docks, pontoons, and common areas are tidy.
• Assist guests and clients with their needs, providing excellent customer service and helpful information.
• Participate in routine safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or concerns to the senior crew or marina management.
• Assist with provisioning and preparing yachts for charter or owner use.
• Learn and apply basic seamanship skills, including knot tying and general navigation assistance.
• Work collaboratively with the crew and marina staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of marine safety practices (or willingness to learn immediately).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a marine environment (e.g., sailing, boating, fishing) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of yacht systems or mechanical operations.
• Proficiency in basic knot tying.
• First Aid and/or CPR certification.
• Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
• Valid driving license.
