We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Ceramic Tile Sorter to join our manufacturing plant in Seville. In this essential role, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting and sorting ceramic tiles to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards before packaging and distribution. This position requires a keen eye, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of product quality.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform visual inspections of ceramic tiles for defects such as chips, cracks, variations in color, and size inconsistencies.
• Sort tiles according to quality grades, colors, sizes, and other specified criteria.
• Operate basic machinery and tools used in the sorting and packing process.
• Report any recurring quality issues or significant defects to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on the production floor.
• Assist with packing and preparing sorted tiles for shipment as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Habilidades Requeridas

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to pay close attention to detail and identify subtle variations.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic communication skills in English or Spanish.
