Descripción del Trabajo
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Bakery Factory Workers to join our production team in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico. This is a full-time position with early morning starts, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. As a Bakery Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, from preparing ingredients to packaging finished products. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Previous experience in a food manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Operate and monitor bakery production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Prepare ingredients, measure quantities accurately, and mix dough according to recipes.
- Load and unload ovens, ensuring products are baked to specifications.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations.
- Package finished bakery products, label accurately, and prepare for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work surfaces.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to ensure early morning arrival.
- Excellent time management skills.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, or industrial production environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP or GMP standards.
- Experience with operating machinery.
