Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Facility Management Intern to join our team in Sagunto. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in facility operations, maintenance, and project coordination within a large retail and logistics environment. The intern will support the Facility Management department in ensuring the optimal functioning, safety, and efficiency of our facilities.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Assist in the coordination of maintenance activities, including scheduling and tracking of repairs.
  • Support the Facility Management team in managing service requests and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Help monitor facility performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
  • Participate in site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of facility-related documentation and records.
  • Assist with small-scale projects related to facility improvements, energy efficiency, or space planning.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Basic understanding of facility management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CAD software or facility management systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
