We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Cabbage Harvesting Operatives to join our agricultural team in Gava. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are committed to contributing to the production of fresh produce. You will be responsible for the manual harvesting of cabbage, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting general field operations. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This is an on-site, full-time role vital to our harvesting schedule.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manually harvest cabbage crops according to established quality and efficiency standards.
• Carefully handle produce to prevent damage during harvesting and packing.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of harvested crops onto transport vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the field.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform general farm duties as required, including field preparation and minor maintenance tasks.
