We are seeking a dynamic and culturally astute Social Media Manager to cultivate and expand our brand’s presence within the expat community. This role is crucial for engaging with our international clientele, understanding their unique needs, and showcasing our luxury real estate offerings through compelling digital narratives. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with expats across various platforms, driving engagement, and ultimately supporting our sales and brand visibility goals.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to target expat communities in Spain and abroad.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) specifically designed to appeal to an international audience, including property showcases, lifestyle content, and relocation tips.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions relevant to expats, responding proactively and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports, using insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, targeting specific expat demographics and interests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies, especially those relevant to international marketing.
- Foster an active and engaged online community among our expat followers.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand targeting international or expat communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and cultural nuance.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Demonstrable ability to create compelling visual and written content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
