We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cilantro Harvesting Operatives. This is a field-based role crucial to our operations, involving the manual harvesting and initial processing of cilantro crops. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our harvest. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe working practices.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manually harvest cilantro crops according to specific quality standards and guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Properly bundle, trim, and prepare cilantro for packaging.
• Operate and maintain basic harvesting tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Assist with other field-related tasks as required, such as weeding or planting.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or crop quality issues to the supervisor.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, sun, rain).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural harvesting or field work.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene protocols in a farm setting.
• Basic conversational Spanish skills.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
