We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Yoga Retreat Coordinator to join our team in Girona, Catalonia. This unique live-in position requires a highly organized individual with a passion for wellness and exceptional communication skills, particularly in English. The successful candidate will be the heart of our retreat operations, ensuring all guest experiences are seamless, enriching, and deeply satisfying. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our yoga and wellness retreats, from scheduling and logistics to guest interaction and on-site support, creating a harmonious and memorable atmosphere for all participants.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Plan, organize, and execute all logistical aspects of yoga and wellness retreats, including scheduling workshops, activities, and meal times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate with yoga instructors, wellness practitioners, and other staff to ensure smooth delivery of all programs.
• Manage retreat registrations, payments, and guest information with discretion and accuracy.
• Oversee on-site operations, including accommodation readiness, facility maintenance, and catering services.
• Market and promote upcoming retreats through various channels, engaging potential participants.
• Handle unexpected situations or guest requests with professionalism and resourcefulness.
• Gather guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of retreat offerings.
• Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment reflective of the Aura Retreats brand standards.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
• Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• A genuine interest in yoga, wellness, and holistic living.

• Prior experience specifically in retreat coordination or luxury hospitality.
• Basic knowledge or certification in yoga or other wellness practices.
