We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled English-speaking Scuba Dive Master to join our vibrant team at Barceló Torremolinos Beach. This role is perfect for a passionate diving professional eager to guide guests through the stunning underwater world of the Costa del Sol, ensuring safety, enjoyment, and adherence to PADI standards. You will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable diving experiences for our international clientele.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead certified divers on guided fun dives, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Assist PADI Instructors with dive courses (Open Water, Advanced, etc.).
• Conduct Discover Scuba Diving programs for beginners.
• Perform equipment maintenance, inspections, and inventory management.
• Maintain the dive center's boats, gear, and facilities in pristine condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, including booking dives, explaining procedures, and promoting dive activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to PADI standards and local diving regulations.
• Handle emergency situations effectively, including first aid and oxygen administration.
• Assist with the daily operations of the dive shop, including sales and administration.

Habilidades Requeridas

• PADI Divemaster certification (or equivalent from recognized agency).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (e.g., EFR).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified Divemaster.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of diving theory, safety procedures, and local marine life.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a marine environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional language proficiency (especially Spanish, German, or French).
• Experience working in a resort or tourist-focused dive center.
• Boat handling or skipper license.
• Specialty instructor ratings (e.g., Nitrox, Deep Dive).
• Sales or customer service experience.
