We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our dynamic team in Los Cristianos. This role is crucial for managing the international assignments and relocations of our clients’ employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition across borders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global mobility policies, immigration processes, tax implications, and cultural sensitivities. You will act as a primary point of contact for assignees, providing expert guidance and support throughout their assignment lifecycle, from pre-assignment planning to repatriation.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage end-to-end global mobility processes for international assignees, including immigration, tax, compensation, and benefits.
- Act as a trusted advisor to assignees and business stakeholders, providing expert guidance on global mobility policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., immigration lawyers, relocation services, tax advisors) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare assignment cost projections and manage assignment budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local immigration laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in various jurisdictions.
- Develop and deliver assignee briefings, cultural training, and pre-departure orientations.
- Maintain accurate records and update global mobility systems with current assignee data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of global mobility policies and processes.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or Expatriate Management.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of international immigration and tax principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Spanish or other European languages.
- Experience with global mobility software or HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, GPHR).
- Experience working within a professional services or consulting firm.
