We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team in Tudela, Navarre. The COO will be instrumental in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and supporting the strategic vision of Grupo AN. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in large-scale operational management, a deep understanding of the agri-food sector, and exceptional leadership capabilities to manage complex supply chains and diverse business units. The ideal candidate will be a visionary who can optimize processes, foster innovation, and guide our teams towards achieving ambitious growth targets.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead, manage, and optimize all operational aspects of Grupo AN, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee the performance of various business units, ensuring adherence to budgets, operational targets, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across all operational processes.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of operational leaders, promoting professional development and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other C-level executives to formulate and execute strategic initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation without compromising quality or productivity.
• Lead digital transformation efforts within operations to enhance data-driven decision-making and automation.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably within the agri-food, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site operations and large teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in modern ERP systems and operational management software.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
