We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Cleaner / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ciutadella de Menorca. This role is crucial for ensuring the pristine condition and optimal functionality of swimming pools and general property maintenance across our portfolio of luxury villas and residences in expat areas. You will be responsible for routine cleaning, chemical balancing, minor repairs, and general upkeep to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for our international clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.) to ensure safe and balanced water quality.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heating systems, identifying and reporting any malfunctions.
• Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance on pool equipment and general property fixtures.
• Keep accurate records of pool chemical levels, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency call-outs related to pool or property maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and storage area for tools and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, and team members regarding maintenance schedules and completed tasks.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and water balancing techniques.
• Familiarity with various types of pool equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs relevant to pool systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Valid Spanish driving license and ability to travel between sites.
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting and carrying equipment.
• Basic communication skills in English to interact with expat clients.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Certification in pool operation or maintenance (e.g., CPO, AFO).
• Prior experience working with luxury properties or in hospitality.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or other European languages.
• Experience with general property maintenance tasks (e.g., light carpentry, painting, minor appliance repair).
