We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, English-speaking startup environment and is eager to contribute across the entire web stack. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working closely with product managers and designers to bring new features to life. While our primary hub is in Barcelona, this role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to primarily work from your base in Figueres with occasional travel for team collaboration.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Design and interact with RESTful APIs and database schemas.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Solid understanding of back-end development with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
