Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Malaga. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the UK and US markets, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for a tenacious sales professional to leverage their expertise, develop strong client relationships, and significantly impact our growth with the potential for uncapped commission. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, working closely with pre-sales and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the UK and US markets through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person as required.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, pre-sales, customer success) to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce, naturally).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a strong understanding of UK/US business cultures.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling into the UK and/or US markets specifically.
  • Prior experience in a remote or hybrid sales role.
