This essential role involves a variety of tasks crucial to the cultivation and harvesting of sage and other agricultural products. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual labor tasks related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting sage and other crops.
• Assist with irrigation systems, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment.
• Conduct weeding, pruning, and other plant maintenance activities.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues or diseases to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fields, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in general farm upkeep and repair tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goals.
