Are you a proactive and customer-centric professional with a passion for SaaS technology? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Pedregalejo, Málaga. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HubSpot customers, ensuring their successful onboarding, adoption, and retention. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and help them maximize the value of their HubSpot investment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global leader in the SaaS industry and make a tangible impact on our customers’ success.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new customers effectively and facilitate product adoption.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their use of HubSpot.
- Monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and track progress against customer goals.
- Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells, working with the sales team.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, or customer service platforms.
- Understanding of inbound methodology.
- Certifications in HubSpot products.
