Are you an outgoing, energetic, and charismatic individual looking to be at the heart of Benidorm’s electrifying nightlife? Tiki Beach Benidorm is seeking enthusiastic Pub Crawl Leaders and Event Promoters to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting new people, enjoys a lively environment, and has a knack for creating a buzz. You’ll be instrumental in guiding guests through an epic night out, ensuring everyone has a fantastic and safe experience while promoting our events and venues.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead engaging and memorable pub crawls, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all participants.
• Proactively promote upcoming events, parties, and special offers for Tiki Beach and affiliated venues.
• Engage with tourists and locals, encouraging participation in nightlife activities.
• Manage guest lists, check-ins, and ensure smooth transitions between venues.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with bar staff and management to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional materials and event logistics.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and highly energetic personality.
• Ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, Dutch) are a significant plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Spain.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment.
