We are seeking a seasoned International HR Business Partner to join our HR Leadership team in Valencia. This pivotal role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with global business objectives, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership on all people-related matters across various international territories. You will drive HR initiatives, foster talent development, manage complex employee relations, and ensure compliance with international labor laws. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of operating in a fast-paced, international professional services environment.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership and management across international business units.
- Lead the development and implementation of global HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution across different cultures and legal frameworks.
- Drive talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee international compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions and services.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations in all HR activities.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior advisory role.
- Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and partnership with senior executives.
- In-depth knowledge of international labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects and initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD).
- Experience in a Big Four firm or a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
