Join DHL Express as a Courier Sorting Belt Loader in our fast-paced Marbella facility! We are looking for dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate sorting, scanning, and loading of packages, ensuring they are prepared for timely dispatch and delivery. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our high operational standards.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Efficiently sort and segregate parcels and packages onto designated belts or areas.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement of all items.
• Operate scanning equipment to track packages accurately through the sorting process.
• Identify and report damaged packages or discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the sorting facility.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets and deadlines.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance for a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of English or Spanish for communication.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or sorting environment.
• Familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
