We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lettuce Farm Assistant to join our team in Valencia. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about agriculture and eager to contribute to the production of high-quality fresh lettuce. You will work outdoors, assisting with various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and preparation of lettuce for market. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and work as part of a cooperative team.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assisting with the planting of lettuce seedlings and young plants.
• Performing routine crop maintenance, including weeding, thinning, and pest control.
• Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues to the farm supervisor.
• Participating in the manual harvesting of lettuce, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Cleaning and preparing harvested lettuce for packaging and transport.
• Operating and maintaining basic farm equipment under supervision.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm areas and tools.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
