We are seeking a highly creative and conceptual Art Director to join our dynamic team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be a visionary designer with a passion for crafting compelling visual narratives and a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to bring ideas to life across various platforms. This role requires fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our diverse international client base and internal teams. You will be responsible for developing innovative concepts from initial brief to final execution, working closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to produce outstanding advertising and marketing materials.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Develop original and compelling visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a wide range of advertising campaigns, digital content, and brand assets.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of visual and verbal messaging, creating cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and rationale confidently and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our creative offerings.
- Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers and production artists when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality under tight deadlines.
Habilidades Requeridas
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) or 3D software.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and UX/UI principles.
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage for working with local clients and teams.
