We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Product to lead our product development efforts. This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will lead a team of talented product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration. A strong command of English is essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion a customer-centric product development approach.
• Communicate product strategies and updates effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
• Exceptional understanding of the full product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluent English (written and spoken) required for international collaboration.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop product teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing principles.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the travel technology or e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
