Mercadona is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our bustling logistics team in Torrevieja, Spain. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for communication within our diverse team and understanding operational instructions for specific shifts.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring correct product count and quality.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or manual handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English.
• Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and understanding).
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role.
