We are seeking an exceptional and highly discreet English Native Butler / Household Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of a private, high-end residence located in the beautiful coastal town of L’Escala, Girona Province, Spain. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable service ethos, a proactive approach, and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and privacy for the principals and their guests. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a dedicated and experienced professional.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage all aspects of household operations, including staff supervision (if applicable), scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Oversee property maintenance, ensuring all systems and facilities are in perfect working order and coordinating repairs as needed.
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventory, providing regular reports to the principals.
• Provide personalized butler service, including serving meals, managing wardrobes, arranging travel, and handling special requests.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for household needs.
• Plan and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings with impeccable attention to detail.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times regarding the principals and their affairs.
• Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants through diligent oversight.
• Handle guest relations with utmost professionalism, hospitality, and responsiveness.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native English speaker, essential for effective communication.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Proficiency in household management software and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, anticipatory mindset.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal training from a reputable butler academy or hospitality institution.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a significant advantage for local communication.
• Experience with luxury property management systems and smart home technology.
• Background in culinary arts, fine dining service, or wine knowledge.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of local culture and services in the Girona region.
