We are seeking a highly organized and culturally sensitive Wedding Coordinator to specialize in the expat market. Based in our Benidorm location, you will be responsible for planning and executing bespoke weddings for our international clientele, ensuring every detail reflects their unique preferences and cultural traditions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a meticulous approach to planning, and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of expat couples. You will guide clients through the entire wedding journey, from initial inquiry to the big day, making their dream wedding a reality in beautiful Spain.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage all aspects of wedding planning for expat clients, from initial consultation to post-event follow-up.
• Act as the primary point of contact for expat couples, understanding their vision, budget, and cultural requirements.
• Coordinate with a diverse range of vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers, and officiants.
• Develop detailed timelines, floor plans, and budgets, ensuring all elements are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Provide guidance on local customs, legal requirements, and best practices for expat weddings in Spain.
• Conduct site visits, rehearsals, and be present on the wedding day to oversee all operations and ensure seamless execution.
• Negotiate contracts and manage payments with vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends, particularly those relevant to international and expat communities.
• Work closely with internal hotel departments (catering, events, sales) to ensure a cohesive client experience.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in event planning or hospitality, with a focus on weddings.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-centric approach.
• High degree of cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse international clients.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Dutch) highly valued.
• Experience with CRM software and event management platforms.
• Knowledge of specific legal and administrative procedures for international marriages in Spain.
• Previous experience working with expat communities or in an international setting.
