As an Airline Ground Staff member for Vueling Airlines in Tudela, you will be a vital part of our airport operations team, ensuring the smooth and safe experience of our passengers from arrival to departure. This role involves a variety of duties including check-in, baggage handling, boarding assistance, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced airport environment, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While the main airport for Navarre is Pamplona, this role based in Tudela will likely support ground operations in nearby airports or specific logistical/customer service functions related to the region’s air travel needs, potentially involving travel to a larger airport hub.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Greeting passengers and assisting with check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents.
• Handling passenger inquiries, providing flight information, and resolving minor issues.
• Assisting with baggage processing, including tagging and loading/unloading when required.
• Guiding passengers to boarding gates and managing the boarding process efficiently.
• Coordinating with flight crews, security personnel, and other airport staff to ensure timely departures.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at the terminal.
• Operating ground support equipment safely and effectively (training provided).

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (B1/B2 level).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20kg (where applicable).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service.
• Knowledge of an additional European language (e.g., French, German, Italian).
• Familiarity with airport systems and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
