We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager to lead our manufacturing quality initiatives at our Peníscola facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure that all manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement, optimizing production processes, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and R&D teams to integrate quality considerations into all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Manage non-conformance processes, including investigation, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verification of effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes pertaining to quality assurance in manufacturing.
• Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance management within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 certification and implementation.
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing QA team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent.
• Experience in the ceramics or construction materials manufacturing industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing automated quality control systems.
