We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of our affiliate programs, expand our network of partners, and drive significant revenue growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful campaign management within the digital sector. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and optimizing performance to achieve client objectives.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies for various clients.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with client goals and brand values.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional terms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media) to ensure integrated campaign efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate marketing technologies.
• Manage affiliate budget allocations and ensure ROI is maximized.
• Conduct regular audits of affiliate websites to ensure brand compliance and quality.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role in the digital sector (minimum 3 years).
• Demonstrable success in growing and managing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate networks' dashboards).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
